In the glass the beer is a watery, straw yellow. The bright white head quickly disappears and leaves a thin rim around the edges of the glass. Carbonation is clearly evident.
Aroma is spicy yeast, peach and over-ripe apricot. Coriander and lemon candy are also evident.
Taste is very crisp and refreshing. There's a creamy element added to the peach, lemon and spicy yeast flavours that are evident. There's a hint of clove and bubblegum in there too. The spicey bite causes the beer to finish quite dry.
Mouthfeel is heavily carbonated with a strong, prickly feeling on the tongue and throat upon swallow. It is quite pleasant and enhances the taste and experience of drinking the beer.
Overall this is an enjoyable beer. it ticks most of the Saison boxes without being generic, with the creamy undertone making it stand out from an expected Saison flavour profile enough to make me want to drink more of it.
Cheers!

From bottle pours a hazey golden colour with a good two finger white head that disapates to a small layer. Aroma banana, spices, lemon, pepper, coriander. Taste spices, orange, lemon. It was drinkable but this is not a favourite style of mine.
