Our flagship beer is the first-ever Bahamian India Pale Ale (IPA).
We used Columbus, Willamette, and Saaz hops along with Crystal and Victory malts to give this American-style IPA ale it's smooth, mid-weight body and delicious complexity. Let the pineapple and citrus aromas hit you and take your first hopped-up sip - we bet you’ll be feeling like an island pirate in no time.

Can from some random store in Nassau because the brewery was out of their beer when I visited. Pours a lightly hazy light gold with a bubble white head.Clove astringency oxidized hops. Good for a tick but little else.

On tap at Fish, by Jose Andres, Atlantis Resort, Bahamas.
Had 3 of these over the course of my meal. I had a Sauvingon Blanc by the glass lined up to have with my fish after having this with the Conch Chowder; BUT, they did not have any Lion Fish available, so I went with the Pork Steak and hence stuck with the beer.
Reminded me of Cigar City Jai Alai. Light, but bold Citrus with Crackery finish. Easy Drinking and delicious.

Trying this at the brewery. It poured a clear copper with white head that left some lace. The scent was slightly bitter. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink. The hops provided some bitter citrus flare. The mouthfeel is lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
