The newest addition to our crew is our lightest, most easy-drinking beer yet,at just 15 IBUs.
Yakima County Ahtanum hops give our kölsch a barely-there bitterness, perfectly balanced by four different malt varieties. This classic German-style hybrid brew is the perfect choice for long summer days...and afternoons...and evenings...

L - Hazy golden/yellow with a white head that doesn't really stick around but does leave some lacing behind.
S - malt, wheat, and honey.
T - follows the nose with notes of malt up front mixed with notes of wheat, honey, and slight notes of hops.
F - light to medium bodied with a light to moderate amount of carbonation.
O - A decent kolsch that represents the style well but there are better ones out there.

Trying this at the brewery in Nassau. It poured a slightly hazy yellow with white head that left some lace. The scent had some biscuit hints. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink....there was a crispness that allowed the beer to come off the pallet clean. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it's a solid beer.
