Very dark brown colour with delicate chestnut highlights. Light brown head, medium height with medium reduction time. Fine bubbles melt into a delicate, foamy head.The aroma has notes of dried, roasted dark fruits (mainly plum and cherry), followed by maltiness, marmalade sweetness, a hint of vanilla and accents of red wine. All these aromas are complemented by notes of fine alcohol and brandy.The taste is slightly sweet, but also delicately sour with a harmonious, slightly stronger bitterness on the finish.The alcohol is perfectly hidden. The body seems to be only medium. The texture is smooth. The aftertaste is long, sour and bitter.
