Rockingham Brewing Company nailed the Belgian Saison Ale style with Oui, Oui, Oui. This style is one of my favorites and the best of them that I have tried include Dupont, Hill Farmstead, and Logsdon. Oui, Oui, Oui is right up there. What makes it unique from the others is an underlying sweetness that really brings it home. I have also tried a few from Allagash, but this is better than any of theirs from what I remember.
In my opinion, this style is a tough one to appreciate. Some of the Hill Farmstead farmhouse/saisons I have tasted have been pretty intense. I would be curious to see what others think about this brew when they compare it to the top rated saisons on this site.
Highly recommended for immediate purchase and consumption.

Can from the Packie
Lightly hazy light gold color with a steady stream of carb bubbles feeding a huge bubbly white head. Peppery clove and honey maltiness with light warming alcohol. Pretty nice saison.

From an undated 16 oz. can sampled on March 14, 2021.
The appearance is golden with moderate clarity and a lacing-leaving white head.
In the aroma I get fruit at first but as it warms the aroma goes spicier with a particular coriander and clove sensation. A lower profile breaded character too.
Light mouthfeel.
The taste is far more spicy than the aroma suggests. A kind of lingering peppery finish.
