22 oz capped bottle, no bargain at $20 per...direct from the brewery.."American Farm house sour"
Pour light and near golden amber, with a light to medium level of haze..next to no cap, film, collar, or lacing.
Mild vinegar and a wife of tangy fruit on the sniff.
Brightly flavorful and near biting on the sour/tart scale, with more tart fruit, and again with more then a slight vinegar note. Improved as it aged and some yeasty final pour complexity cam forward....elegant, interesting, highly worthy and pretty aggressive sour saison/farmhouse ale.
