I had this beer on-tap in a globe at the brewery.
Appearance: rich amber hue with a bit of a haze. There's a thin layer of ivory foam without much head retention. The color is nice.
Smell: lightly tart with a hint of breadiness and toast. There's also a nice floral character here.
Taste: mild but with a nice funk and just a dash of tartness. There's a light alcohol sweetness underneath that really provides a nice counterpoint. I like it.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a massive well integrated carbonation and a great creaminess. Wow!
Overall: it's a bit mild in flavor for its big ABV, yet I'm really liking it. It's an interesting beer.
