I had this beer on-tap in a nonic glass at the brewery.
Appearance: dark brown hue with a light haze and a finger of tan foam atop.
Smell: sweet, caramelly, and a bit roasty. Perhaps a little on the sweet side, but … I’m liking this.
Taste: kinda like the aroma, this is a bit too sweet for me, but there’s a nice roastiness which almost balances the sweet.
Mouthfeel: medium rich body with a decent carbonation and a good creaminess.
Overall: I like a lot about this beer, but as I drink more, the sweetness is starting to get to me a little.
