I had this beer on-tap in a nonic glass at the brewery. It’s listed as a “hazy IPA”.
Appearance: pale golden hue with a moderate haze and a finger of ivory foam atop.
Smell: a light sweetness with a bit of citrus pith in the works from the hops. It’s okay.
Taste: moderately sweet, a little bitter, citrusy and earthy. I mean … it’s a decent enough old school IPA, but really nothing like its advertised style.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a decent carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: not entirely my jam. A middling IPA, but not really a hazy in my opinion.
