I had this beer on-tap in a nonic glass at the brewery.
Appearance: clear golden hue with a thin layer of ivory foam atop.
Smell: sweet and malty with a fair dose of booziness. I like it, but there’s maybe a little too much alcohol heat.
Taste: very sweet with a rich malty character and a rather boozy finish. Not bad, but could use a little refinement.
Mouthfeel: medium-rich body with a good carbonation and creaminess.
Overall: on the sweet side, even for the style, but really not too bad.
