Poured out a golden amber color with a small white head of bubbly foam. It smelled of citrus, caramel and grassy notes. It tasted of sweet tropical fruits, a light caramel flavor and some grassy bitterness. A medium bodied ale.

Very cool to get to check this little place out this morning. This was their lightest of four beers or so, and looks beautiful on the schooner glass. Radiant crystal clear golden with a half inch of white froth and a lot of little bubbles. There is something nutty in the malt, really unexpected feature of a beer this yellow. Not sure if it's intentional, but if it is, it's smart. Like the flesh if an almond it's a touch sweet with a really earthy almost fibrous feel to it, and in such a light beer devoid of any real hop character, it's a cool twist that makes a simple beer quite unique. Very smooth with that slightly bigger body, and juicy in the mouthfeel. Carbonation is great, and the serving temperature here seemed very low, which flattered this beer but may not have in other styles there. Not at all filling, and finishing long for what it is, well made and very fresh. New operation, I really hope they succeed, I liked the vibe in here very much. Will try to make it back to try their other offerings, but this one is really nice.
