Pours a hazy orange with a finger of white foam. Head retention is okay. Aroma is like sticking your nose into the brew room of a brewery, mingling pine, dank, floral and herbal hops with biscuit and pale malts. Very good beer smell. Flavor profile is pine, dank, herbal, tropical fruit hops layered over biscuit, earthen, and pale malts. Splendid beer taste, blending hops and malts in a yin-yan display. Mouth feel is medium in thickness with a light crispness. Overall, good balance between the hops and malts. Reminds me of my first brewery tours visits with my dad, when all I could do was smell and not taste.
