As with all Barrel of Monks beers it has a fantastic dry finish and good mouthfeel. Nice maltiness, good flavor profile. Not my favorite beer of theirs, but still outstanding representation of the style.

Great belgian twist on a Scotch Ale. Nice dry finish, dark fruity yeast characteristics. A great American-Belgian-Scotch ale. In south florida?! And how!
