One of my favorite brewers with a simple yet tasty offering...
Though I appreciate their dubble and tripple offerings, this single is decent on its own. This is basically your wheat-based beer - strong wheaty smell to go along with the same flavor. Mouthfeel is light-bodied and crisp. Sure does work well on a hot weekend day like today.

On tap at Moonrise Brewing in Florida.
Hazy, pale golden body with a good whit head.
Interesting aroma with prominent hints of apples. The flavor has a complex mix of fruit tones with good balance and a hint of baked bread. Minimally yeasty for style and not funky. Semi-dry finish. Light body. Medium+ carbonation.
