Our new flagship beer is brewed with Centennial, El Dorado, and Chinook hops as well as a newly developed, expressive tropical yeast strain, this American IPA is jam packed with fruit flavors. As your nose meets the glass you’re hit with fragrant citrus that runs the gamut from sweet tangerine to pithy grapefruit. The taste follows suit with waves of mandarin orange, grapefruit, pineapple, peaches & green melon while maintaining just a hint of resinous green character for balance. Very dry and crushable at 6.5% it is endlessly complex with each sip unlocking new flavors and aromas.

Pours a slightly unfiltered straw color with a foamy white head that leaves moderate lacing. Lots of citrus notes on the nose, with mandarin orange and grapefruit, and there’s a bit of peach as well.

The taste follows the nose, with the addition of Belgian yeast, which definitely takes the flavor away from the typical American IPA. The moos very dry and bright, again due to the yeast.

Glad I tried this, but probably not a beer I’d revisit.
