Copenhagen 25/3 2019. 50 cl can from Mikkeller & Friends Bottle shop, Torvehallerne, Kbh K. Black can with a wild boar head and skull in brutal red.
Pours hazy pale yellow with small white head. Bubbly. Settles as very thin, almost transparent layer of foam struggling to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is intense, citric and zesty. Lemon, Grapefruit and citrus. Some bread-ish, caramel sweetness in the background.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling texture.
Flavor is lightly sweet followed by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is citric and bitter. Lingers for a bit. Finish is dry.
Intense Session IPA. Easy to drink and refreshing if you are not afraid of an bone dry end.

Nov. 2016: On tap at Cardinal Pub Bar, Stavanger. Hazy deep golden colour, moderate white head. Aroma and flavour of American hops, with notes of pine needles, spruce tips and grapefruit - more piney than fruity though. Medium dry, very refreshing.
