A - Medium gold color with a frothy, thick, white, creamy head.
S - Lots of earthy funk, yeasty, and citrus aroma.
T - Funky citrus twang, peppers, yeast, and ends with a nice lingering citrus bitterness and some peppery spice.
M - Medium body.
O - Nice lingering peppery bitterness.
