Pours a slightly foggy copper with a finger of white head. Head retention is okay with a final ring of foam lasting a long while. Aroma is yeast, lemongrass, light rye spice, and toasted, biscuit malts. It has an open and airy aroma. Flavor profile is lemongrass, yeast, rye, and biscuit, toasted, and nutty malts. Nice round flavor profile giving it a sweet, but not sugary feel. The rye cuts the sweetness just a touch. Mouth feel is lightly fizzy, with an otherwise crisp feel. It has a medium thickness. Overall, good qualities all around. It has a welcoming and warming effect, with sweet notes cut properly via rye. Personally, not picking up any honey notes.
