An absolutely delicious Sour, classified a Saison but just as close to a Gueuzes or any other Sour, Brett-fermented beer.
Deep gold color, slightly on the dark side, with no head whatsoever.
Aroma of cider, vinegar, citrus fruits.
Tastes of cider, Lambic, with hints of spices I had trouble identifying.
Mouthfeel is very fizzy, fittingly.
Overall a wonderful beer, surprisingly easy to drink and whole. +++
