Attractive golden amber brew with sticky lacing in the Oud Bruin goblet. Interesting musty aroma with some flowery hops. Tastes of grain and green tea and finishes with astringency.
This has more of the flavor of an English pale ale, but then the bitterness comes on. If it wasn't so bitter it would be a very decent brew. From the 22 oz bottle purchased at the brewpub in Prescott Valley.

Deep golden hue; thick, sticky, white head. Sweet malt aroma infused with fruity, mild orange scent. Light cereal grain flavor; citrus sweetness; finely balanced hop bitterness.. Heavy body; very smooth and soft on the palate.
This is one outstanding APA. Big in flavor and aroma with an exceptionally smooth, velvety mouthfeel. It delivers lots of depth and complexity with a delicate yet ironically robust quality. It deftly combines a light grain breadiness with soothingly sweet flavor and aroma all the while gently caressing the palate with every sip. A must try...
