This was poured into a tulip. The appearance was a hazy burnt orange to brown color with a one finger white foamy head that quickly dissipated. There was barely any lacing. Fizzy bubbles did rise rapidly. The smell had a crisp sharp orange rind running into sweet citrus and sprucy/somewhat piney background. The taste was fully bittersweet citrus pulp and rind. Orange pulp starts to come out more so as it warms. A nice bittersweet citrus aftertaste leads into the finish. On the palate, this one sat about a medium on the body. Carbonation runs appropriate for the style and for me. Bittersweet harshness pummels my tongue very nicely. Overall, pretty nicely done DIPA that I could have again.

This one pours a light and moderately orange color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.

This smells like a lot of other NE-style IPAs, but smells great nonetheless- with a hint of floral stuff, lots of mango and grapefruit, and some tangerine.

Frost continues to somewhat surreptitiously pump out quite little bangers- this is another great DIPA. There's tons of lush citrusy and tropical fruit, with not much in the way of malt character. There's just a slight hint of bitterness on the finish.

This is pretty creamy, but not quite as thick and velvety as the best versions of this style.

This is another really nice beer from Frost. It definitely gets the job done.

Had a fresh bottle, as close to perfect as a double IPA can get, for my tastebuds! Amazing hop profile and balance...not too thick or malty.

From the bottle, it pours a golden amber with a nice head that lasts a bit. There is lots of citrus in the nose, followed by a pretty well balanced nicely hopped (but not deathly bitter) east coast style malt IPA. Yum!

Bottle shared by Paul. Thanks man. Great hop forward aroma. Lovely citrus and melon notes. Quaffable with gentle bitterness. Light to medium in body with lingering juicy citrus and a hint of grapefruit rind. Delicious.
