This blonde ale incorporates VT malt and hops in a way that gives it a unique Vermont identity. Pilsner and wheat from Peterson Quality Malt and Addison County Cascades shape this light, refreshing summer quencher.

Vigorous pour yields a 1/2 inch white head over a slightly hazy, light golden body with some lacing. Head is gone in a few minutes leaving a very thin ring. Nose of pepper, flowers, and noble hops. Taste of said hops with ever so slight fruit in the middle background finishing semi-dry and almost crisp. Overall, a well balanced offering from Hinesburg, VT. Cheers!
