Moderate to vigorous pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a golden amber body with nice lacing. Alas, lacing is down to a ring and thin cap after a few minutes. Nose of tropical fruit, lots of orange, and some pine. Taste mirrors nose with a nice bitter, dry finish. Very pleasant on the palate. Nice feel and overall, a great new one from Hinesburg, VT. Cheers!

Bottled on 08/09/2017.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance had a nice hazy burnt crisp orange/copper color with an ever so slight transparency about it. Carbonation was seen rising at the edges of the glass to fill a cap of a little white foamy head that slid off at a mild pace. Light lingering soapy semi-clinging lace ran here and there.
The aroma had an absolutely fantastic blend of bittersweet pine to roaming danky sweet onion pulling some orange rind and a super cleaned up orange marmalade to slightly sticky biscuit-like maltiness.
The flavor was fully bittersweet pulling the orange rind and marmalade into the pine and danky sweet onion all of the way - fully loaded as if it's a pure bittersweet hop bomb. Aftertaste was leaning towards the orange rind but in a semi-sticky sweet to almost bitter sort of way, nice amount of juice here too.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied with a good sipping quality about it. Carbonation felt on par. ABV felt appropriate with no suspecting "boozy heat" I sometimes get with these newer New England styled IPA's. There's some acceptable stickiness to it, and not cloying.
Overall, where in the hell did this come from? I haven't had a Frost Beer this good since Lush or Lush 2x. Oh, this is gonna turn some heads, I believe it!
