Opened and reviewed on Friday 5/13/22

Look: White frosty haze inside straw golden hues. Fat and fluffy white chrome dome of creaminess.

Nose: Sweet and earthy hops, tropical fruit selection with musky, dank earth notes.

Feel & Flavor: Light feel and silky body with the easy 6.0%abv. Earthy golden, spicy grains of the field and a flowing current of hop flavor is sweet and lightly tropical.

Overall: an interesting blend of spicy grains, earth and light tropically sweet hops on the easy side.

Canned 7/6/21. "STEP BY STEP"

Let sit out for ~10 minutes before opening.

Hazy yellow, with one finger of creamy white head.

Smells of grapefruit, pineapple, a vague tropical fruit mix, and bit of fresh dough .

Taste is slight peach/apricot, light grapefruit, and hints of pineapple and mango. There is a slight sweet&sour green onion tang underneath it all , that becomes briefly noticeable by itself, just after finish. A bit of the malty/yeasty element, present in the aroma, pops up now and then. Light bitterness.

Feel is light-medium, slightly juicy, with moderate, very, very fine carbonation bite. There is a slight astringency at the back of the throat.

Overall, it's OK. The flavor is somewhat nondescript, especially compared their other beer. It's not bad, it just doesn't stand out. I'd bump the Feel rating up by .5, if not for the astringent feel at the back of the throat. That might improve with age , so will revisit in 2-3 weeks, and adjust, if warranted. Hoping it's all improved with time. This is still enjoyable, but I can see why it's an experimental version.
