Another spot on smooth tasty DIPA from Frost! Beautiful pour with lots of residual foam and lacing from an original creamy smooth white head. Taste good with plenty of fruit, but maybe a bit too earthy dank. Unsure hop bill, but understand Sabro, HBC 1019 and Zamba in trying to recreate an Hawaiian Puka Dog hot dog.

Pours a hazy gold color with a tall 2-3 F head and moderate lacing.
Smells of slightly dank grassy hops with some citrus.
Tastes of slightly tart grapefruit, sweeter orange and pineapple with a lightly bitter alcohol warm finish.
Medium body with light carbonation. Slightly syrupy dry mouthfeel.
This is a relatively mild mannered balanced juicy / bitter brew. Decent but not ready for being a regular.
