Dark Saison - Careful additions of coriander and whole star anise flowers to the kettle have yielded a smooth, silky character to this saison's traditional notes of fruit, spice, and pepper. Modest amounts of intense crystal malt and German Carafa give this farmhouse ale its unconventionally darker hue.
