Our interpretation of a Table Gose. Brewed with acidulated malts, 60% white wheat, fresh coriander from Stock & Spice in Portsmouth, NH, and sea salt varieties from Salt Cellar in Portsmouth, NH. Think a gentle lemonade made with Moroccan preserved lemons.

It really is a beer just this side of a lemonade shandy. I could use a tad more carbonation on tap. The mouthfeel is as light as can be, but you get all the flavors you're looking for in a gose. Lemon level of tartness.

light straw hazy color, light foamy head disappered quickly, very refreshing taste light tart lemony with amazing smoky salty after taste that was the best part of this beer. Vey light to no alcohol initial sip gives to refreshing yet for lack of a better word flat flavor then the spice kicks in with the after tast being the best of a sip.
This one my wife absolutly loved also, a bonus to have a great tasting beer with such low abv, you could down these on a hot day or safely sip them with your buddies and still drive home.
One of my first beers of this style and certainly setting the bar high.

Pale hazy yellow with a vanishing head. Smells of light coriander, lemon, light acidity and some crackery malt. Taste is very balanced, lemon is the biggest player with coriander, Graham crackers and a hint of salt also in the picture. Lightly tart, super balanced. Excellent balance of carbonation, acidity and body. Lovely refreshing gose.

Growler form the brewery.
Hazy light yellow with a minimal head. Spicy salty lemony with a hint of funk and a touch of solvent. Not horrible, but that off flavor just bugged me at each sip.
