On-tap 10/16/2016 at Natty Greene’s Tavern in North Attleboro, MA, served in a tulip glass.

A: The beer is a light yellow color, with a short white head that fades slowly and leaves a thick lace on the glass.

S: The aroma contains citrus, wheat, light malts and a touch of hops.

T: The taste starts out very tart with flavors of lemon and other citrus fruits. Then some mild breadiness comes in from wheat and a light malt character. The hops presence is mild but complementary and brings a good balance. The after-taste is slightly tart.

M: Very crisp and very smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is clean.

O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, mild kick, good representation of style, this is a solid sour beer to drink for a while.

Pale yellow with a slight fizzy head.

Aroma: slight briney whiff, hint of hops from the dry hop, but it's subtle.

Taste: a prickly fruitiness comes first, followed by slight tart and faint salt and a touch of coriander. Lemony finish. A delicate Gose where everything is in harmony. No competition going on.

Feel: light, thin, moderately carbonated, slightly fizzy.

Pale gold, thin film of a head.

Smell is grape juice, melon, and moderately to strongly sour depending on your threshold.

Taste is grape and lime juice, with a saltiness combined with the tartness that leaves a sweet and sour taste on lips. It almost burns, but not quite.

Tangy and tingly.

You pick up the hops on the nose and they really elevate this beer in terms of flavor. You get some grassy piney notes and some orange alongside the tartness of the base beer.

16 oz pour on tap into snifter

A: pale yellow body with great clarity creamy looking white head carbonation looks huge

S: very little nose maybe some coriander and berries

T: hoppy up front sour light berry a little salty on the finish

M: lighter body decent carbonaation not as refreshing as a lot of Gose style beers I have had in the past

O: this is a nice sour level for a gose and the hop addition is pretty nice as well
