Genotype (known affectionately in house as part of our "Concessions of Clarity series") is joining our taplist and tasting room this week. She's our 5.3% interpretation of an American Pale Ale with all American hops and a pinch of Citra for a nice, gentle, rounded profile.

Growler filled at the brewery hours ago.
Hazy lemon yellow color with a decent sized frothy white head that slowly recedes. Huge lemony citrus aromas with a sweet bready malt underneath. Light to medium body, super easy to drink. Great beer.

On tap. Cloudy yellow orange. Poured with nice head but poor retention. Good lacing. Nose packs a nice citra punch. Various citrus but comes off with a hint of being burnt. Taste is a very juicy orange with a bitter peel. Feel is the best attribute. Super juicy and smooth. Great level of carbonation. Very good beer here

Delicious on point representation of Apa. Assertive hop presence, nice mouthfeel with gentle carbonation. Color is on point with killer hop aroma. My new favs in New Hampshire!

Nice light APA that is a beautiful color and a wonderful mouthfeel. Just slightly hoppy and insanely crushable. One of the best beers coming out of this place which says a lot because they're off to a good start. Could become a go to growler
