Our interpretation of a berlinerweisse. Variant brewed with acidulate malts, fresh mangoes, and lychee fruit.

On draft at Hunahpu's Day 2016.
Creamy white yellow with no head.
Tropical/Southeast Asian fruit aromas on the nose attributed to the mango and lychee.
Light lactose on the tongue, lychee is very apparent, a twang of herbal vegetal lightly bitter tropical citrus.

This was quite tasty, but a bit watered down. The fruit is nice and subtle, but I feel like it could shine a little more than it is here. It's still probably the best berliner I tried in NE though.

Nice and refreshing but a little bit of a let down. Very light tartness and the fruit is almost non-existent aside from adding some sweetness in the finish. Also a little watery for the style.
