Our Interpretation of a Brettanomyces fermented Berlierweisse. Brewed with 60% white wheat, our house bacterial culture, and hopped with centennial.

Reviewed from notes. This was poured into a pokal. The appearance was a light yellow color with a slight transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising at a moderate pace to fill a fastly dieing head. No lace. The aroma had some sour to sweet edges of citrus pulp and rind flowing nicely into some lactic yogurt then punched in some sour wheatiness. The flavor leaned sour at first and then developed more of a tart to sweet edge to it. Same in the aftertaste and finish. The feel was light bodied with a fair sessionability about it. Sourness wasn’t too harsh along my tongue. Carbonation felt fine. ABV felt appropriate. Overall, nicely done Berliner Weisse that I would have again.

Growler from the source.
Hazy deep straw color with a smallish quickly fading white head. Light spicy wheat and faint bready malt with a decent hit of puckering lemony tartness. Great warm weather quaffer.

4 oz pour on tap
A: Very little head the body was a crisp clear white almost like a chardonnay
S: a lot of the coriander and that is about all I picked up
T: wheat for miles and an almost sour taste but not quit not bitter at all more probably tart.
M: very soft very very little carbonation which lended to the wine feel of it.
O: Very pleasing taste but very unberliner like without almost not sour or tartness. If rating on purely a berliner style grade this beer would probably get an "F"' but it was still pretty tasty and different.

This beer was a hazy pale yellow color. No head.
Not much aroma, just a little grass.
Vaguely sweet taste, a little tartness.
Disappointed in this beer, having liked many other beers from Deciduous.
