Small but puffy head. It leaves a ring of lace with streaks thereafter.
Weedy vegetal smell from the fresh hop. Little else to the nose.
Lots of carbonation with a weak body. The taste mimics the smell except there's a modicum of pale malt base. The swallow draws out some alcohol warmth which carries through to the aftertaste and mouthfeel. Borderline extreme.

Growler shared by Matthew. Thanks man. Light orange body with a soapy white head. Aromas of fresh, resinous hops, ripe fruit. Agressive on the palate. Sharp with some acetone and overly ripened fruit notes. Needs tweaking.

Opaque dark orange with a thin blanket that dies to a thin ring.
Aroma is an orange, peach and pineapple bouquet.
Sweet tasty peach, with orange candy, and a barely bitter finish. Bubblegum, apricot and cantaloupe develop midway through. Triple sec emerges as it warms.
While it becomes a bit boozy, something I'm not fond of, it was one of my favorite surprises of the trip.

On tap at York River Landing.
The beer was a pretty gold color with a one inch white head. There was a bit of lace.
Strong fruit aroma, citrus and tropical fruits. Some grass.
Grapefruit, orange, melon, quickly followed by malt.
More malt-forward than I expected.
Good beer.

12oz pour into snifter
A: hazy orange brownish color body is muddy in color very little head
S: grapefruit, tangerines, pineapple, mango almost no malts
T: the fruit flavors are there but in a flash they are gone and then just a deep wheat flavor the wheat is so huge in this
M: the beer almost feels chalky on the finish very full coating feel
O: wow the nose on this is killer. The nose just crushes you with fruit but it does not deliver in the flavor. The wheat is huge and makes it a little chalky.

Growler filled a few hours ago at the brewery.
Pours a brilliantly clear light golden with a frothy rocky bone white head that slowly recedes. Dripping with tropical fruits as soon as I pop the growler open. Citrus and pine as well as some light sweet bready maltiness play supporting roles. Juicy pine resinous dank with bits of grapefruit and light sweet bread. smooth but firm bitterness. Fuck that is a great beer!

Had a chance to sample this beer yesterday at the Lexington BBQ festival. It poured a nice hazy golden color with a thin head on top. Lots of tropical fruit working in the nose and follow right through into the taste. The mouth feel is pleasant with a great carbonation. This is a great double IPA and perhaps my favorite so far from this great NH Brewery
