On-tap 12/11/2016 at Natty Greene’s Tavern in North Attleboro, MA, served in a tulip glass.
A: The beer is a cloudy dark gold color, with a thin white head that fades quickly and leaves a very thin lace on the glass.
S: The aroma is faint but contains wheat, apricot, pomegranate and light malts.
T: The taste starts out tart with flavors of apricot, pomegranate and citrus. Then a thin breadiness comes in from wheat and a thin malt character. The hops presence is very mild and there’s a decent balance. The after-taste is slightly tart.
M: Crisp and a little smooth, light-to-medium body, medium carbonation, finish is dry and slightly sticky.
O: Tasty, goes down easily, not too filling, very mild kick, good representation of style, this is a decent sour beer to drink for a while.

Growler from the brewery
Pours a slightly hazy light yellow color with a small quickly dissipating white head. I would have thought the pomegranate would have given a bit of color to this. Lemony fruity on the nose. Tart and earthy on the tongue with a faint bit of citrus and tart fruitiness. Lightly puckering mouthfeel light body quite refreshing. Great summer beer.
