16 oz. can.
Moderate pour yields a 3/4 inch white head over a bright body with slight lacing after head subsides. Nose of coriander, citrus, and salt. Flavor mirrors nose somewhat with the citrus and salt taking over just a bit too much for me. Nice feel and overall a good representation of the style.

Poured into a stange.
The appearance was a deep straw yellow color with a foamy white finger's worth of head that slid off fairly quick. Not much lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of crushed coriander, salt, sour-ed wheat, a tart lemon edge and a subtle earthiness even slighter underneath.
The flavor was mildly sour with a substantial coriander and tart lemon edge pushing forward into the balance. Mild aftertaste of the sour-ed wheat with the salt.
The mouthfeel was between light and medium bodied, perhaps leaning closer to light bodied with a fantastic crushability about it. Carbonation felt spot on. ABV felt as projected. Mild sour-ed wheat to crushed coriander finish.
Overall, it's as if Deciduous decided to replicate an exact copy of the true style which to me I have to rate high because this was exceptionally well done. Thank you for not overdoing with excessive adjuncts just to be overly creative.

Purchased cold - 16oz can dated 7/13/17 - Poured into an English pub glass
L - Pours a clear gold color with a densely foamy 2 finger head on a mildly aggressive pour. Dissipating quickly it leaves a thin cap over the beer itself and a foamy ring around the glass. Delicate wispy lacing as it goes down, which also dissipates quickly.
S - Saltines, coriander, and a twang of sour on the nose.
T - A love tap of sour, coriander and saline with bits of malt poking through.
F - Light bodied with light, sharp carbonation.
O - This is a very well executed gose. I'm not a fan of coriander, but in this beer it isn't overpowering or offensive, instead it lends itself to the overall flavor profile and is beautifully balanced. Really, thoroughly enjoyed this one to the last drop.
