I'm reviewing this under the Research 8.0 profile since the can picture matches what I have in my hand. It pours cloudy orange color with a 2+ finger thick off white head that was packed with tiny bubbles, fading slow to average time and leaving really nice lacing with foamy rings as it went down. Smells mostly like orange peel, apricot and grapefruit mixed with biscuit and some floral notes. Tastes of dank citrus flavors, some tropical notes, but much like the nose it has orange peel, apricot, grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple mixed with biscuit, gummy bears or Razzles candy, faint caramel or brown sugar and some floral notes. The feel is average and on the tart side with a mild bitterness level. It was good, but just not different than most IPA's; that's a total beer snob statement, but I can't find any other way to describe how this just seems middle of the pack.

Cloudy, the beer looks like pineapple juice with a small head. The lace starts as rings and ends with thin streaks.

Strong grapefruit rind hop nose. There's juicy fruit sweetness in the background. A very New England IPA smelling beer.

Creamy body with a moderate carbonation level. The beer leans sweet but the biting hop provides an excellent counterpoint creating a balanced brew. There's some apricot and alcohol warmth in the swallow.
