DECIDUOUS FIELDWORK WITH CROSBY FARMS HOPS 12/28/18
Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Tree House stemmed tulip.
a: Opaque gold with a finger and a half white head which receded quickly to thin surface foam and no lacing.
s; Strong citrus and pine resin
t; Follows the nose leaning to the resin, over a solid medium to full malt base, bitterness and some throat burn initially on the dry finish.
m; Medium to full, great body and some carbonation tingle.
o; A substantial double with no shortage of flavor, although not as "juicy" as a good NE DIPA could be. Very dense color and more head than any of their previous IPA entries that I have reviewed adds to the appeal.
