Pours a cloudy muted pure gold color with a half finger fizzy off-white head.

Aroma is a little anemic. I had to sniff the can to get it and it seems to be a pleasant stone fruit smell with maybe a touch of orange to sweeten it more,

The taste is similar in that it is pretty weak - you have to wait a few seconds for the flavor to come forward. Again, it is a vaguely stonefruit flavor with a touch of citrus that gives that depth. This is not a flavorful beer, and it might not be expected for 4.5% but I feel it should have more. Some pale malt comes through in the finish.

Feel is a little soft and watery with a bit of seltzer to it.

Fairly disappointing as an entry from Deciduous where I have come to expect some quality flavor. Their IPAs are top notch so I am surprised by this weak APA. Still, there is nothing offensive in this one. I would rather be having it in summer than February I think.

Can from the brewery
Hazy murky lemon in color with a thin head that dissipates almost immediately. Huge rush of fruity aromas while pouring into the glass. Flavor is earthy bready a hint of tart with some fruit and light astringency. Somewhat thin in body. Tasty but not my favorite from them.
