For this beer, we carefully selected and blended some of our favorite fruited sours that were then aged together in Flag Hill 100 proof bourbon barrels.

16oz. can served in my Speigelau tulip. Pours a lovely cranberry hue with a translucent clarity and a thin, fizzy band around the shoulders. Nose expresses mixed berries, notes of oak and high octane bourbon. Taste consistent with nose; however, it comes off a bit watered down - somewhat akin to raspberry jello. Mouthfeel is light in body with an assertive carbonation and pleasant acidity. All and all, decent beer but lacking in complexity.
