16oz can from Tavour. Hazy, milky pour, skin of fine head. Aroma is light citrus, grapefruit. Taste starts with a blast of grapefruit peel, sharp and bracing. Underneath is a layer of sweetness, but mostly dominated by the citrus peel.

No canning date - tasted 2/17/21. Excellent, excellent beer. Beautiful look - hazy golden orange, with a nice amount of foam. Tremendous smell - even several minutes after cracking the can, there was a lot of depth there. Prominent bitterness, but balanced well by several juicy flavors - really a pleasure to drink. Mouthfeel was pleasant, but could have had just a touch more creaminess and body. But overall, a top-notch double IPA. Up there with Tree House offerings in this style.

Poured into a 13 oz Snulip glass canned this week. Pours a very hazy yellow orange with a 2 plus finger sticky white head that leaves a gorgeous halo of lace, with amazing retention. 5
Smell is guava, tangerine, pineapple, ripe melon, blueberry, and apricot very impressive. 4.75
Taste follows guava, tangerine, cantaloupe, pineapple upfront with blueberry and apricot in the bold finish, with little bitterness. 4.75
Mouthfeel is big, soft gentle carbonation coats the entire palate, sticky from all the fresh hops, and at 8.2% huge flavor but insanely approachable. 5
Overall a serious wow beer. This place is often talked about being possibly NH best and they have more than earned being in that conversation. 4.75

From a 16oz can, undated but purchased at the brewery within the past two weeks. Served in a cervoise.
Pours thick and murky, like a glass of grapefruit juice. A scant finger of soft, soapy suds with decent retention, leaving a slick sheet of lacing.
Smell is relatively faint but pleasant, along the lines of vanilla cake, with a whiff of sweet orange - or more like fiori di sicilia, if that isn’t too obscure.
The taste doesn’t quite deliver on the nose’s promise, being a bit grainy and boozy - the hint of fiori de sicilia is there but I wish it were more prominent. Juicy, but like a carton of grapefruit juice that’s been in the fridge too long and is starting to turn. The back end has some decent pithy bitterness and, as noted, it’s a tad boozy.
Feel is juicy and medium bodied with fine carbonation and a bit of warmth.
Overall, a serviceable enough beverage but not on par with Deciduous’ usual NEIPA offerings. Still, if I had another, I would most definitely drink it.
