Pours a bright gold color, very cloudy to opaque, with a one finger dense biscuit head that settles quickly.
Aroma is strong with notes of orange blossom, grapefruit and a little nectarine. This is not a sweet hop aroma but very rich.
Flavor is fantastically smooth and comfortable. It is a well-balanced profile with semi-sweet notes up front along with floral, bright citrus pith notes. Some tang comes in mid taste and it just coasts well into the finish with beautiful citrus that leaves a tingle on the taste buds. Just a pleasure to drink.
Feel is very soft and a little buttery with moderate seltzer and low to moderate bitterness.
This is just a fantastic recipe, great use of two great hops. I got a glass when I got there just to try it out first and picked up 3 can packs because I knew I would be reaching for it. You just have to accept that this is not a super sweet variety of NEIPA - rather it is more pithy and tangy,
