Not enough body or ABV (in some respects one in the same) to balance the dryness bright on by the peanut.

DECIDUOUS STAND MY GROUND STOUT 1/20/21
Gifted by daughter who lives in NH. Poured from the 16 oz. can into a Samuel Smith English tulip.
a: Opaque black with a thin surface foam and spotty lacing.
s: Chocolate.
t: Some mixed chocolate with a semi-sweet finish and moderate bitterness.
m: Slightly lighter side of medium, ok body and a little carbonation tingle.
o: Sessionable stout which seems more like a porter anyway, bitterness slightly overwhelms the flavor at first but mellows out later. Not bad but there are certainly better values out there, this probably cost $4-5 a can since Deciduous is not particularly known for budget-minded brews.
