Pours a very attractive cloudy pink with a finger sticky light pink head that leaves thin streaks of lace with solid retention. 5
Aroma raspberry, blueberry, strawberry, vanilla, and must. 4.25
Taste follows raspberry, strawberry, blueberry, vanilla, and again a little musty but it works fine. 4.25
Mouthfeel is medium, plenty of prickly carbonation, again I find the style a tad dry, and at 5% it drinks way bigger in flavor and body. 4.5
Overall this is really a tasty brew and sours aren’t my normal style, but I am having no problem sipping this one. Deciduous Brewing Company another gem. 4.25
