Thanksgiving 2024 release. 11% ABV. On draft at the brewery. Pitch black with dark brown lacing. Beautiful pecan pie notes in the nose. Pecan, maple, bourbon, and molasses in the taste. It’s a slow sipper. Mouthfeel is smooth with very little heat and no booziness for a fresh stout. Overall this is another superb barrel-aged stout from Deciduous. No adjuncts, and it shows. Cheers!

Pours a deep black with a nice tan head but minimal lacing.
The smell is sweet maple and nuttiness.
The taste is extremely sweet maple with a nice, subtle pecan flavor.
The mouth feel is very thick with low carbonation and really excellent.
Overall this has great flavors but it's cloyingly sweet.

Pours midnight black, with a 3 plus finger sticky light brown head that leaves some bubbly lace behind with excellent retention. 4.75
Aroma the maple starts the party, cocoa nibs, coffee grounds, vanilla bean, and a hint of pecans really intoxicating. 4.5
Taste follows maple, chocolate, coffee, vanilla, and pecans slightly one dimensional but in the best way imaginable. 4.5
Mouthfeel is big, creamy soft carbonation, maybe a little sticky but not dry, and at 10.5% ABV it is an easy drinking sipper. 4.75
Overall this one brewed with pecans and maple syrup is sinfull. Robust and roasty a tad sweet but really impressive. 4.5
