Pours a murky medium-orange with two fingers of white foam. Aroma is peach, tangerine, papaya, and orange zest. Heavy tropical fruits with an expansive resiny sticky hop backdrop. Big aroma, but not hot. Flavor profile is peach, tangerine, grapefruit, and orange zest. Really heavy tropical fruits with a rindy, semi-tanginess via the grapefruit. Some underlying resiny hops that add both firmness and residual stickiness. Alcohol never seeps through the hearty hop curtain. Mouth feel is sticky with a lightly chalky back texture. Thickness is medium-thick. Overall, hearty, resinous IPA that packs loads of tropical fruits into the front.
Served in a 15.5oz Speigalau tulip from a 16oz can.
