Can from Bert's beers
Pours a hazy dark straw color with a decent sized bubbly white head that slowly dissipates. Bready malt nose earthy spicy counter. Not my favorite Kolsch but not something I wouldn't quaff.

Clear, light gold body; moderate carbonation; thick, billowy, white head, sculpted and sticky. A whisper of malt sweetness paired with a wonderfully delicate sense of musk melon and pear. The taste is much like the smell; touch of bitterness beneath the light sweetness, balanced with an elegant, understated fruitiness. Medium body; smooth, almost powdery mouthfeel; a dash of alcohol warmth.
A truly outstanding kölsch beer, chock-full of light malt sweetness and fruity esters to tickle the palate.
Pouring temperature: 46 °F; canning info: n/a

No canning date. Can to wine glass.
L: Pours an opaque dark yellow with a huge, fluffy white head that leaves a bit of lacing. No floaters.
S: Hoppy, citrusy and grassy. Slightly sweet.
T: Crisp and clean with citrusy, grassy and earthy notes. Low sweetness, medium bitterness and a bit tart.
F: Smooth and crushable with a medium carbonation.
O: Very solid beer. Nicely drinkable and well balanced with a great look and a smooth mouthfeel. A bit too fruity for the style.
