Appearance: Arrives looking somewhat like an NE IPA - a cloudy goldenstraw with a one finger head; streaky lacing
Smell: Smell a bit like an Apple Brown Betty, with cinnamon sugar and vanilla tones
Taste: Cider-like with a crusty tone; cinnamon sugar and vanilla join in
Mouthfeel: Medium body with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: A very clever presentation to mimic an Apple Crisp or, as I would call it, a Brown Betty

Poured into a 16 oz Snulip glass not sure when it was canned. Pours a very attractive hazy yellow with a solid finger white head that leaves a few streaks of lace with solid retention. 4.25
Aroma cinnamon sugar, apple, vanilla, and coffee cake 4.5
Taste follows cinnamon sugar, apple, vanilla, coffee cake. 4.5
Mouthfeel is a little bigger than average, soft gentle carbonation, not sticky or dry, and at 6% it drinks that way and is very easy going down. 4.5.
Overall this is pretty darn impressive. I am kind of blown away how they made it taste just like the name. I would recommend for sure. 4.5
