The new, crisp Lager for your fridge. It’s Geelong brewed with local malt and hops, and it’s a crisp, refreshing beer for everyone.
A truly, local Lager needed a truly, local name. Geelong was once called Pivot City because Geelong was the pivot point for all railway and shipping for Ballarat and the western district.
BEER FOR EVERYONE!

Purchased fresh at the source at Blackman's Grovedale outpost in July 2024 and drunk in September.
L: Slightly hazy, light lemony yellow in the glass with a thin covering of white foam and lots of large bubbles ambling their way up the glass.
S: The nose has a touch of citrus, lager yeast and dry hay.
T: The taste is very clean and bready, with a lemony hop note dominating but also a slightly thin finish.
M: In the mouth there's moderate carbonation and commensurate bite on the swallow.
O: This very easy-drinking lager would be a good gateway craft beer for your dyed-in-the-wool macro drinker.
Cheers!

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
