16 ouncer, fresh from the brewery yesterday. 7-8-19 canning date...plenty fresh.
Pours near clear, lighter amber, minor off white cap and just leaves a hint of lacing.
On the nose I get some pepper, some cloves and some coriander.
Tasty and easy drinking, more of a Belgian single or Belgian pale ale...then a "saison"...notes of more clove, and Belgian yeasty characteristics....love the style...great with salads, cheeses, crusty breads...well worth a try

A nice basic malty brew with tea leaf, tangerine, pine cones, toasted grains, floral notes, fresh cut grass, hay and earthy notes which have some mild barnyard funk. Easy drinking and quite malty, this was a fine beer to wash down a meal but lacks the saison elements like mild spices or dry yeast notes. It was basically all malt and unbalanced.

On tap at Sand City in Northport.
Pours a fairly clear orange, with fine, fluffy head.
Smell is yeasty and a bit spicy with nice breadiness and hints of peach and apples.
Taste is yeasty and bready, like Swedish knäckebröd. Notes of peaches, banana, apples and soft, smooth bitterness. Slight spiciness on the finish.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium, well carbobated.
Overall, a very nice table beer that does exactly what it's supposed to. Would probably go very well with a hearty meal.

Just a classic Belgian style beer. Listed at the brewery as a Belgian table beer. Pours a clear yellow with a thin white head that left little lacing. Tastes and smells of bananas, cloves, spices, floral notes and grass. Light to medium bodied, soft carbonation, slightly dry mouth feel.

Nice classic saison look, smell, and taste! I think i got a little more grassiness in the back due to a higher hop rate in the boil. Yeah, solid classic saison!
