On tap at Sand City in Northport.
Pours a semi clear golden yellow with fine, fluffy head.
Smell is earthy and yeasty with notes of green apples and some orangepeel along with some hay and funk.
Taste is crisp and yeasty with notes of apples, oranges, funk and some white pepper. Dry finish, very refreshing.
Mouthfeel is thin to medium with sparkling carbonation.
Overall, a nice, sessionable saison, crisp and refreshing.
