it smells buttery like caramelized brown butter, almost like a gold chocolate bar, can also smell the doughniess of the cookie the flour etc. taste a lot like the sweet temptation with less caramel and more buttery vanilla essence notes, really really tasty. very sweet in flavour again almost no hoppiness and incredible smooth despite it being 8%!!! smells a lot like a cookie and the taste is like a cookie

A bit of a calorie pile-on with the caramel into a chocolate stout, but it was suitable for dessert.
I poured N&N Caramel and it Looks a huge foam. Smells are mostly malted chocolate. Tastes pile-in the caramel and it is a bit over-done, no subtleties here. However it has a rich Feel, at least initially.

I like how Vocation advertised this as "Bold & Beautiful Beer for the Many." They done OK for a 10 year-old and have a diverse portfolio. (I'm intrigued by their BA Belgian Strong.) They brew in a picturesque countryside and opened a pub in an inn and, generally, do Good Guy stuff. For all this, I give them good Overall Hugs. Do more for the micro-movement in your second decade.

440ml can. An indulgent pastry stout, super sweet and rich, that absolutely tastes of caramel and cookie and cocoa. A dry finish reminds us that this is a beer not a milkshake. Kind of weird and artificial but not sure what I expected tbh

Pours a very dark brown coloured body with massive thick tan head
Aroma is astringent cocoa and burned caramel
Flavour is dark chocolate and crispy caramel

440ml can from Marks & Sparks. Dark brown pour with a small creamy beige head, rings of lacing. Caramel is the fist aroma, underlying chocolate notes, mocha. Taste is caramel , sweet, cocoa, mocha. Really, really smooth and extra delicious.

Can: Poured a pitch-black color stout with a large brown foamy head with good detention and light lacing. Aroma of chocolate malt notes with some cookie and caramel notes with some residual sugar notes. Taste is also a mix of chocolate malt with some residual sugar notes and cookie with caramel notes. Body is somewhat thin for the style with good carbonation with no easily discernible alcohol notes. Enjoyable pastry stout but would benefit from a fuller body.
